Service Description

If you're seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating practice without the intensity of a full yoga session, this Pranayama + Meditation class is just for you. In this calming morning session, you'll be guided through simple yet effective breathing techniques (pranayama) to help reduce stress, clear mental fog, and promote relaxation. This will be followed by a guided meditation to deepen your sense of presence and inner peace.
