About the event
In this 90-minute workshop, we explore how two uniquely shaped cork blocks can completely transform the way you experience your practice, offering support where you need it and challenge where you least expect it. We’ll move through a slow, intentional flow of stretches, balances, and restorative shapes, discovering new pathways into familiar asanas and unlocking space in the body without force. Expect a blend of curiosity, play, and deep release… ending with a long, supported Shavasana you’ll melt into.
