About the event
In this Stick Yoga Workshop, we’ll explore mobility, strength, and alignment using a simple prop that completely changes how the body moves and understands a pose.
We’ll be practicing with beautifully crafted sticks from Bamboostan.
Sticks will be provided for the workshop.
