We're hosting a sound bath inside Source, a café, at sunrise. So you're not just attending an event. You're attending History™.
Roll out of bed, roll out your mat, show up. Bring a quilt and an eye mask if you're going for the full cocoon look (we recommend full commitment). No experience needed. Your only job is to lie there and let the bowls do the heavy lifting.
It's the first hour of your day, before a single notification. Spend it somewhere quiet, with your eyes closed.
Then comes the part we keep talking about: coffee, a sandwich, soft morning light, and good company. You will have the best Sunday of your month. Possibly your quarter.
