This workshop is a deep dive into that idea. We’ll explore dozens of variations, using the chair in every possible way a pose can use it: as a backrest, a lever, a wall, a measuring stick for symmetry. Twists deepen when the chair gives the spine something honest to rotate against. Backbends open safely when the chair supports the effort instead of the lower back absorbing it. Standing poses reveal exactly where your hips are uneven, because the chair won’t lie to you the way your own sense of balance sometimes does.

And once the alignment is right, the pose stops being a fight to get into and hold. You find the stability first, then the pose holds itself.
