Cancellation Policy

Priyog: Class Policies and Terms & Conditions 1. Introduction By enrolling in Priyog's classes and sessions, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you begin. They help us schedule fairly and protect the time set aside for every student. 2. Payment Monthly fees are payable in advance at the start of each cycle, regardless of your joining date or the number of classes you attend. Fees cannot be paused, adjusted, refunded, or carried forward. 3. Group Classes You can make up missed classes only within the same cycle. Unused classes do not carry forward. You may make up online classes with another online class. Studio classes can be made up with a studio or online class. Fees are non-refundable, including for missed classes. Classes cancelled by the teacher will be rescheduled. 4. Private Sessions - Your session time is blocked for you alone and not offered to anyone else. Please treat it with the same commitment. - Packages: 8 or 12 sessions. - You may reschedule up to 2 sessions a month, with at least 12 hours' notice. - Sessions rescheduled with less notice will be deducted from your package. - One genuine emergency exception is allowed per quarter, at the teacher's discretion. 5. Single Sessions (Sound Therapy, Tarot, Bodywork, Yoga) Refunds depend on the notice given before the session: - More than 72 hours: full refund - 12 to 72 hours: 50% refund - Less than 12 hours: no refund 6. Class Conduct - Inform your teacher in advance if you cannot attend a class or session. - Arrive or log in on time. - Listen to instructions and practise safely. - We recommend props such as blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, and chairs. - Maintain decorum online and in the studio. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may lead to termination of enrollment without refund. 7. Amendments Priyog Wellness may amend these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated promptly. 8. Acceptance Enrolling in Priyog's classes and sessions means you accept these terms. Your commitment to showing up helps us show up fully for you.
